Dacks, exclusive Europe retailer Loll Designs, has been around since 2004. Keeping our customers satisfied has been utterly important to us from day one. In order to keep this track record, we offer our clients optimal service. This is something we at Dacks stand for. It usually is not necessary to provide aftercare, but when it is, we will gladly assist you.
When ordering products of Loll Designs, you may rightly assume that you have purchased a high quality product. By law, you are entitled to a minimum warranty period of two years.
– A warranty period of at least 2 years
– The warranty is effective from the date of purchase
– The product has been purchased at Dacks, exclusive Loll Designs Europe retailer
– You are entitled to a free repair or a new product
– Return fees are applied. The cost of shipping the item(-s) to the supplier and sending you the replacement happens on our account. You only pay shipping costs once.
When you are not satisfied with the shipment, the handling of your order or the way we serve you, you can file a complaint.
You can submit your complaint by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. We ask you to add a copy of the original invoice information and, if possible, a digital photo on which the complaint is clearly visible. We will use this photo to properly inform the manufacturer. This will allow us to provide you with a response within 48 hours. Our aim is to resolve all complaints to your satisfaction.
